MIDDLEBORO, mass (WPRI) – Massachusetts, health authorities have reported a second case of equine encephalitis is potentially lethal, a rare and potentially fatal brain infection spread by mosquitoes.
According to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, an old man 43 years in the County of Plymouth has been diagnosed with EEA.
