WARWICK, RI (WPRI) – Warwick Police have arrested man of many charges of fraudulent use of credit cards.

Daniel O’Brien, 34, of North Kingstown, was charged with three counts of fraudulent use of credit cards both larceny charges and two offence additional larceny charges.

O’Brien was a suspect in connection with a string of vehicle break-ins Warwick.Selon police, apparently targeted parking lots to gyms and retail stores.

After stealing maps, o ‘ Brien would immediately be used to buy hundreds of dollars of goods, said the police.

According to Warwick detectives more charges against o Brien are likely.

He is currently detained in the CIA.

TAUNTON, REMARQUEZ (WPRI) – a pilot is facing several charges after Taunton Police say hit a car and then attempted to take off from the scene of the accident.

Aged 30 Kevin Amaral de Taunton was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol at the wheel.

Police say the Taunton Gazette that the accident took place at North Walker and Fisher Street between 7 am and Saturday evening.Police say they also discovered an open container of alcohol in the Amaral car…

In addition to costs of Yes, Amaral is also facing charges of leaving the scene of damage to property and exploitation by negligence of a motor vehicle.

No one was injured in the accident.

NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) – A North Providence man accused of the murder of his mother is due back to the Tribunal for indictment Wednesday.

Anthony Maciocio Jr., 43 years old, was charged with respect to the murder of Mary Ann Maciocio.

The 63 – year-old, woman’s body was discovered in the sound in April, Greenville Avenue home.

NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) – A North Providence man accused of the murder of his mother is due back to the Tribunal for indictment Wednesday.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) – a third suspect faces charges in death of the outside of a store of Woonsocket petrol station manager.

Kelley Mr. Lajoie, 32, of Springfield, Massachusetts, Thursday appeared in U.S. District Court on a charge of theft on Federal robbery in relation to 20 September David Main shooting to death.

Lajoie said prosecutors have acted as a lookout point and said at least one other defendants by cellphone movements and whereabouts of the principal that he went to the Bank.

Main has been shot, it reaches the front door of the Bank.

Lajoie is by virtue of Hobbs, which prohibits actual or attempted robbery and extortion affecting interstate commerce act or foreign.If convicted, Lajoie faces up to 20 years imprisonment.

Jose Anibal Santiago, 33, Springfield and Jason Wayne Pleau, 32, of Providence also faced with accusations.Ils were arrested Tuesday on charges of murder and robbery.

School Committee candidate charged with DUI

Smithfield man is running for School Board faces charges of drunk driving and refusal to submit to a chemical test in an accident involving Barbara Morse Silva of NBC 10.

Police said Michael DeSimone car hit a car driven by Silva Morse in North Providence Saturday soir.Morse Silva WaterFire on his way home.

“Based on images, damage are very bad,” said Captain Joseph Sanita North of providence police department.”

According to a police report, DeSimone affected Morse Silva when it was stopped at a traffic light.

“The report he y without skid marks.”"Who could say that he saw the vehicle before or it was not attention and time wherever he went account that the vehicle was stopped, it was too late to apply the brakes,” said Sanita.

According to a campaign brochure, DeSimone has been teaching in the city of Providence for 16 ans.Il is also a member of the democratic Committee Smithfield town.

“If he is guilty and accusations true stand, it is a very bad example” Sanita said.

Men charged in the Cranston home invasion

Cranston police charged two men in a Sunday home invasion.

Gahn Delacruz, Providence and Fernando Joseph Johnston, are accused of entering a Dekalb Street House.

Police said the men launched launched in the door and broke a TV and other furniture and then stolen some jewelry.

Police said that the homeowner gave a description of the assailants.

Police arrested men later in the city.
