Representatives of two dozen FEMA are already working at Cranston Rhode Island emergency operations center.
“We are here to support State in whatever they must do us,” said Craig Gilbert, of FEMA.
Officials of the FEMA participated in Conference calls, schedule calls and coordination.

If you think this is overkill, said Smith think again.
It is so near to call and the national weather service and the National Hurricane Center cannot give us a higher degree of certainty until tomorrow sometimes late or beyond .This is not enough time for us to take drastic steps if we are, “said Smith.”
FEMA says it will remain in Rhode Island, until the storm passes.
“If it goes this scenario disaster, we are better prepared for this advance planning,” said Smith. “”.”If unexpected, it takes a turn for the worse, then it is much harder for us to people and resources moved and invite the here to help.”
