PROVIDENCE-

The Supreme Court not to hear the appeal of an Executive of the old hospital of Providence convicted of corruption.

The Supreme Court announced on Monday that it would not take for Robert Urciuoli, former President and CEO, Roger Williams Medical Center.

Urciuoli was convicted of paying a Senator from the State to bid the hospital in the State House, and a federal appeals court this year confirmed the verdict of the jury.

Urciuoli is serving a sentence of three years in prison in Florida.
